Do not get Diverted from the Lord
My dear Lord, with love I think of Thee
Each moment of my life, of You, I ponder:
Master, if Your holy feet would leave,
Where would this one go to surrender? . . . . .
In water I see You, and this earth contains You too,
And in our human hearts You reside, it is true.
Everywhere in this whole world,
We are only seeing You . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
You're the Creator, and the Sustainer.
All the energy Thou art, and the Dissolver.
Yes, You are the most highest God,
And we can't even see any other . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Numerous names Thou have and You have many forms,
And in our lives many divine plays You adorn.
With all these marvelous darshans,
Blissfulness is now my norm . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Just because You are; that is why we worship Thee.
It is very hard to swim across illusion's rough sea.
"Kripalu" let Your grace flow,
Help us not to diverted be . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Viniti Muniji spent many days with Leela in 1983 going over each bhajan with word for word translations and then explaining any grey areas. Later after returning to America Leela crafted these bhajans to fit the meaning and melodies.
